Conor Cole
Univ. of Alaska–Anchorage | Captain
Conor Cole is from St. John's, Newfoundland, and played his minor hockey in Chicago and the Greater Toronto Area. After going undrafted, he played junior hockey in the OJHL and NAHL, serving as captain of the Maryland Black Bears before earning an NCAA Division I scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage. He played four seasons at UAA, captained the team in his senior year, and graduated with a degree in Psychology. Through hard work and a commitment to understanding the game, Conor developed a passion for the habits, details, and decision-making that drive success on the ice principles that form the foundation of his coaching philosophy.
Dylan Finlay
Northeastern University | Assistant Captain
Dylan Finlay is from Montréal, Québec, and developed his game playing youth hockey with the Lac St-Louis Lions, where he served as both assistant captain and captain. After making his way through the junior ranks with the Powell River Kings in the BCHL and the Maryland Black Bears in the NAHL. Dylan earned an NCAA Division I scholarship to the University of Alaska Anchorage. Over three seasons with the Seawolves, he grew into one of the team's most trusted defensemen, leading all UAA blue liners in scoring in his junior year. For his senior season he transferred to Northeastern University, where he competed in Hockey East, one of the most competitive conferences in college hockey. Known for his two way game, and his willingness to log heavy minutes, Dylan brings both experience and a deep understanding of the game and defensemen position to his coaching. His goal is to help players develop the instincts, awareness, and skills that define impactful players at every level.
Ryan Bottrill
Iowa Wild (AHL) | Clarkson University
Ryan Bottrill grew up playing youth hockey with the Jr. Coyotes and Colorado Thunderbirds before advancing to the NAHL and NCDC junior ranks. His success earned him NCAA Division I scholarships to Brown University and Clarkson University, where he competed in the ECAC and led his team in scoring in two seasons while earning Third Team All-ECAC honors as a senior. Following college, Ryan signed a professional contract with the Iowa Wild of the American Hockey League. Through a passion for studying the game, video analysis, and player development, Ryan has become committed to helping young athletes improve their hockey IQ, decision-making, and overall understanding of the game.
Karter McNarland
Univ. of Alaska–Anchorage | Assistant captain
Karter McNarland is an NCAA Division I hockey player with a lifelong passion for the game and a commitment to helping athletes reach their potential. Growing up in Saskatchewan, Karter developed through the Western Canadian hockey system, earning a WHL draft selection by the Kamloops Blazers before going on to play in the SJHL, USHL, and BCHL. This led him to getting a scholarship with the NCAA Division 1 Alaska-Anchorage Seawolves, where he led the team in scoring in his junior season. Heading into his senior year, Karter will continue to be a leader on and off the ice for the Seawolves. Through years of elite training and competition, Karter has developed a strong understanding of skill development, performance habits, and the mental side of the game. As a coach, he is dedicated to sharing that knowledge with players.
